The collection contains correspondence and other papers relating to Dawson's work as Federal Secretary and Federal President of the United Nations Association of Australia, and as an office holder of the Australian National Committee for the United Nations Children's Fund, UNICEF. The papers record the activities of these two organizations. Correspondence for both bodies, their constitutions, minutes of meetings of directors and of the executive committee, circulars, memoranda and annual reports form the major part of the collection. There is an agreement covering sales of UNICEF greeting cards, and material on all aspects of the sale of these cards.
